Born in 1974, Kemal’s culinary journey began at the young age of 12, working as a chef’s Assistant in local restaurants. His deep-rooted love for cooking led him to complete his formal training at a prestigious culinary school.
Kemal’s career flourished as he worked in renowned restaurants across Turkey’s culinary hotspots, including Marmaris, Dalyan, Gocek, and Istanbul. By 2003, he had established himself as a leading chef in luxury resorts, where he delighted guests with his inventive takes on traditional Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine.
In 2015, Šéf Kemal brought his expertise to Prague, where he continued to impress with his mastery of flavors and dedication to authentic, high-quality dishes.
